By beginning the selling and buying process with the end goal in mind, he works with each client to build a custom roadmap to get them exactly where they want to go. This way, each client stays in complete control of their home buying and selling process but still have their “tour guide” at their side to make sure things stay on track.
He is always striving to leverage the latest tools to help his clients beat the competition. This year we have started doing auction style sales and creating amazing bidding wars with only 1 showing through a massive open house! It’s changing the whole approach to selling and getting amazing results! It also reduces tons of the stress on both the sell side by limiting showings and almost guaranteeing a bidding war, while simultaneously creating transparency for buyers in a competitive market.
In addition to using the latest technology, he also loves coaching other agents on his team as well as guiding new and experienced investors on their journey. Each persons unique situation and goals are different which makes it a blast to go into the office each day!
